Horror / Comedy
Telltale’s The Walking Dead in 2013 defined the “Choice Narrative” genre in games. You play a convicted felon named Lee who on his way to prison ended up getting thrown into a zombie apocalypse. As he tries to help a young girl named Clementine find her parents, Lee must hide his past life, and beware the walking dead.
Behind The Scenes
During this time I was getting into Photoshop and seeing what I could do with it. When I saw in Act 2 the frequent mention of a candy bar I thought, “It would be kinda funny to make this into a commercial.” As soon as I thought that, one of the characters said “I have 69 cents in my pocket.” and from there the Everett & Sons candy bar commercial was born. To design the candy bar I used Photoshop’s 3D mockup tools and for a first time attempt, I think it went alright. Look back on this 5 years later though, I definitely want to remake this using blender.
