Demon spore

Look out world, because this guy is the next amazing improv artist and actor.  Mr. Butterscotch has an incredible sense of comedic timing and is a free spirit in and outside of gaming.  If you ever need a laugh, he’s the guy for it and knows how to connect with almost anyone.  Mad-Eye’s right hand man, I know I can always count on Eli when the chips are down and the game is on.    

For this project, my buddy Butterscotch and I wanted to create an intro that could tell the premise of the game quickly while keeping the tone and visual of the game.  With the game being a top-down rogue like, we decided to go with a security camera approach that shows the alien startling a scientist and then the camera zooms out to reveal how serious the infection is across the facility.  I also created a custom shaking effect and tv rgb coloring effect to highlightr the discord server for the game and immerse people a bit into the world.
